Access to this website is free. Information about activities, times and prices is for guidance and may change without notice. A booking is only confirmed when the school confirms it by phone, WhatsApp or email.

The texts, photos, logos, design and code of this website belong to Sascumes, S.A. or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced without express consent.

Liability and links

Sascumes, S.A. is not liable for damage caused by service interruptions, technical errors or misuse of the website. Links to third-party sites (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Google) are provided for convenience.

Governing law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.

2. Privacy policy

Data we process

The data you give us through the booking and quote forms, WhatsApp, phone or email: name, phone number, email, requested date and activity, number of people and anything you add in the comments. Please do not send us sensitive data.

Purposes

• Answering your questions and booking or quote requests.
• Managing the booked activity: confirmation, organisation, payment and invoicing.
• Meeting our legal obligations (tax and accounting).

We do not send advertising, create profiles or make automated decisions.

Legal basis

Pre-contractual steps and performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR); your consent for general enquiries (art. 6.1.a), which you may withdraw at any time; legal obligations for invoicing (art. 6.1.c).

Retention

Up to 12 months for requests that do not lead to a booking. If you book, for the duration of the relationship and then for the legal periods (6 years for accounting records, 4 years for tax records).

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Service providers acting as processors: Hostinger (web hosting, servers in the EU), Google (Gmail) and WhatsApp/Meta if you contact us that way. Google and Meta may process data outside the EEA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to escuelaequitacionvaldaran@gmail.com or to Carretera de França, 22, 25530 Vielha (Lleida), España. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or to the authority in your country (in the UK, the ICO).

Children

For activities for children, the data must be provided by a parent or guardian.

3. Cookies

This website does not use any cookies or similar technologies for analytics, advertising or tracking, either our own or third-party. That is why no cookie banner is shown. Fonts and images are served from our own server. The WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Google buttons are plain links to those sites, which have their own policies.
